Good wrap

I have a small storage area under the foredeck of an 18’ catboat open cockpit. But I need tools just in case. I have the perfect spot for the tools and they won’t roll around. I lay a rag moistened with oil on top of the tools to keep down the risk of rust.

Only thing that could make it better would be a way to identify it belongs to you or what kind of tools are in it. Fabric is dark so can’t use manic marker. Best would be customized with embroidery name or visible name tag.

Great in my boat bag

I have a canvas tote that I take with on any boat I board, Before the Waxed Canvas Tool Roll I carried a smaller bag of tools that was a problem to locate in my boat tote and the wrong tool was always on top in the tool bag, The tool roll solved both problems. It is well made of really tough material. I question the longevity the of internal elastic tool restraints and the plastic clips, but they are working fine now.
