Almost the entire jaggedy coast o' Maine (Yarmouth to Machias Bay) is imprinted on this warm and fuzzy "sherpa fleece" scarf.
These scarves reminded us of the WW II fliers whose silk scarves were actually maps of their target areas--handy if shot down--and yes, slight thread drift--but there is a disclaimer built-in about these chart scarves not being blessed for navigation.
They measure approximately 12" x 80", 100% soft poly.
One might have thought another few inches wouldn't have been too difficult to add, especially since it would then have included the eastern-most point in the whole east coast - West Quoddy Head Light, the Town of Lubec and the Canadian border. Now, I'll probably run aground at Bailey's Mistake, thinking it to be the Narrows.
I like the Maine Coast scarf I feel it is the right size and length and and soft and warm. I have sail on parts of the Maine Coast or visited there,
Better than i expected. would buy again when needed.
always great service!
