Designed by Karl Stambaugh.

The flat-bottomed hull will go together easily from sheet-plywood and epoxy in stitch-and-glue fashion. Stambaugh tells us to assemble Catbird by bending pre-cut plywood panels for the bottom (1/2") and sides (3/8") over seven transverse frames.

Beam - 5'4"
Draft (cb up) - 1'0"
(cb down) - 2'0"

Sail area: (ketch) 110 sq.ft.
(yawl) 118 sq. ft.
Construction: stitch and glue plywood panels shaped over plywood frames. No lofting is required.

“Your downloads are ready” will be the subject line of an email you’ll receive from us—once we’ve processed your digital order. That email has the link to click, so you can then download the file.

This isn't an "instant" process, so if we're asleep, you may need to wait for regular business hours for us to process the order. Although we are quite timely, we may not be processing on weekends & holidays.
