With a length of 3 inches, this mirco sailboat can be tank-tested in the kitchen sink, and sailed in super puddles, tidepools, bath tub, pool or pond. Adjustable sail and fin keel allow for sailing on all points with even the slightest of breezes.

  • Pre-cut and drilled balsa wood hull
  • Pre-cut poly sail
  • Sandpaper

  • Paint or Permanent Markers

     Skill Level = 0.5 (This kit is so easy it doesn't even require glue.)

    Checking this out for the grandkids

    This is a really simple kit that I think will be suitable for most of my grandchildren. I might be inclined to spray paint the balsa hull in advance for them, then let them paint decorations on them with acrylics or permanent marker.
