The new Ray Hunt book is now available! Beautifully produced, A Genius at His Trade was written by highly regarded Stan Grayson of Catboats fame, with a foreword by Louis Howland. GENIUS belongs on your bookshelf right next to No Ordinary Being.

We also have Floating Palaces, a new book of special local interest as it features the Deer Isle folks who ran these opulent yachts, and ties-in nicely with another recent book, Deer Isle's Undefeated America's Cup Crews.

As promised, we now have the print version of the latest issue of Boat Design Quarterly, #45. Mike delivered them to us yesterday as well as a top-up of printed back issues. And yes, we do have the digital BDQ #45 version as well.

And lastly, if you didn't make it down to our anchorage yesterday to catch the annual Schooner Rendezvous, you missed the party. Our Store was quite busy so some of us only made it down to the waterfront in time to catch the sunset. Although the musicians, food, and crowds had departed, we still got our "Moment of Zen". If you are interested in seeing more of this windjammer fleet, take a look at Fred LeBlanc's book Windjammers Downeast.
