We felt the need for a bit of extra color in your lives, so have just added two new long-sleeved jerseys... a Hemp Green with Reddish ink, and a Sand with Blue silkscreening. These shirts have a ginormous WoodenBoat logo on the back, and a small logo on the front.

We've also added two new tools to our collection. We now have a Scratch Awl made in the US that can fit in the palm of your hand, is nicely finished-off, and it's a great price. From the same manufacturer we have a rugged, well-machined 8" Wing Divider

If you're interested in how compasses are made (Plastimo in France) or reading about handling a capsize from builder/designer/sailor/racer Dudley Dix (you may have seen his go-fast Paper-Jet 14 at The WoodenBoat Show), then the latest issue of Professional BoatBuilder may be of interest. See PBB 148. That links to the print version. You'll see the digital version below it, under "related" items.

And lastly, if you've followed the restoration of the Charles W. Morgan at Mystic Seaport, or perhaps were at The WoodenBoat Show last year and saw the Morgan in the flesh, you'll be interested to see this very recent posting on our WoodenBoat Forum: The 38th Voyage Begins.
