Top mount oarlock sockets, take a 1/2" diameter shaft horn.
For many small boats, you'll want TWO pair of sockets, so you can have two rowing stations. But you might get away with one set of horns. Attach with #10 wire size wood or machine screws. Spacing of mounting holes, on center, is 1-3/4".
