Marsh Cat review

I was not sure what to expect with the study plans. I actually purchased a set of plans back in 1990 for Wooden Boat. But, as life would have it, the actual build was not in the plans. Now that I am retired, I seem to have more time on my side and I decided to get out the plans the other day and viewed the contents. Having done some ocean sailing a few years ago I am now seriously considering building this Catboat. I guess I was expecting the study plans to offer some new information I did not already have. So, it’s time to contact some of my local wood suppliers and get going. Looking forward to the build process. I have decided to use the cedar strip option as mentioned in a related boating magazine. Having built a number of cedar strip canoes and stand up paddle boards I feel comfortable and competent in this build method. Will try and keep you posted on my progress,
