A 14' Sailing Dinghy by Simon Watts, influenced by the Uffa Fox design
The actual plan set is available only as a PDF, digital download, and includes four plans pages, history, building manual (35 pp, includes materials lists) for the Int'l 14 as well as building manual for the Sea Urchin (25 pp., which will be helpful as it's very detailed, and same construction methods). Hull construction is lapstrake planking. The file you download is "zipped", so that zip file contains several separate PDF files.
