Looking at the Gray Seal study plan

The boat looks like the boat I would like to build and to sail. But ...
I would prefer to a two masts rigging because a mizzen will give extra stability and ease to handle when putting in a reef. Something I consider these days at the age of 72 :-)
Furthermore, I would like to see a clearer study plan. More readable, measurements visible, and a few more sheets would help.
An increased price would not be a problem when one considers this seriously.
Cheers,
Ronald van Dijk
