Viking ships hold a fascination for many of us... not least of all is that beautiful shape, viewed head-on. The Oseberg is based on the ship of the same name, built around 815-820, and uncovered on a farm south of Oslo, Norway, in 1904. Visit the Viking Ship Museum for more information. This kit includes laser cut keel, frames, decking, and planks plus cast fittings, sailcloth, rigging and spars materials, detailed plans and instructions. Display stand is not included.
