Beyond nice, these are Myerchin.
Built to last, you'll notice the difference from their lower-end brethern as soon as you lay a hand on them. Blades are 440 high-carbon stainless steel, with a 70/30 ratio of serrated/standard edge, and a built-in shackle key (that's the narrowing elongated hole in the blade). Blade and/or marlinspike can be locked independently.
Handle is made of a fancy plastic that's reinforced with fiber, called zytel. It has a built-in clip, so you can attach to your belt, or better yet put a lanyard on it and have the clip go on your pocket. PLUS there is a button for the red light which shines on the blade, and won't ruin your night vision.
If you need a new rigging knife and can resist this or the Offshore Pro, seek help. Soon!
