This thorough primer was originally published in the 1930s. The subject is small boat sailing, with a target audience of the beginner... so the needed skills really hasn't changed much. No GPS use, or cell phone etiquette, just a book packed with seamanship. Includes photos (including Rosenfeld...) and diagrams, although the paper is such that these aren't fine coffee table book reproductions. Just timeless information offered at an incredibly low price.
