Japanese Cabinetmakers Chisels

Nice set of laminated steel Japanese chisels at a very reasonable price, plus a denim tool roll to keep them well protected.

Hollow ground sole (back) is appreciated because you have less surface area to get perfectly flat when honing, and less surface area to come in contact with the wood, for smoother cuts. Handle is Japanese red oak, and it has a steel ring fitted on the end.

Set of four includes 6mm (1/4"), 12mm (5/8"), 18mm (3/4") and 24mm (1"). Chisels are 9" long, overall.
